About Richie Robertson
Richie is a Counselling and Clinical Psychologist who provides Psychotherapy and Supervision. He works in North Melbourne and has been a psychologist for over thirty years.
Originally trained in psychology he completed further training in Gestalt therapy in Australia and the USA and was a faculty member at the Gestalt Institute of Melbourne (GIM) and at Gestalt Therapy Australia (GTA) for several years.
At GTA he was previously an owner and the Director of Training. For a number of years Richie was Editor of the Gestalt Journal of Australia and New Zealand.
Richie has completed an introductory course in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at the Victorian Association of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapists (VAPP) and is currently a Candidate in the 4-year psychoanalytic psychotherapy training program.
Richie sees Teenagers and Adults for medium and long-term psychotherapy
He also provides Clinical Supervision to mental health professionals
